Sue Bush

Sue Bush

Project manager & Designer

Sue studied for her degree in Graphic Design at Bath Spa University, graduating in 1993. She went on to work for Duncan Baird Publishers, for five years, before becoming a co-owner and director of the London-based communications agency Sage Associates, leaving in 2006 to set up her own company.

Sue has extensive experience of working on projects for a broad range of brands, including BP, The Science Council, King’s College London, Bath Tourism Plus, and the Centre for Science Education. Sue designs for both print and digital media.

Designer

Georgia graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in Graphic Design. After travelling around South America, Georgia landed in London, working at global design agency Dragon Rouge, working mainly on identity and print. She left in 2017 to join Touchpoint Design, bringing with her fresh ideas and a thirst for knowledge in all things digital.

Judy graduated from University College London in 1993 with a degree in English Language and Literature. She became Associate Editorial Director at Duncan Baird Publishers, where she worked for ten years. She left in 2003 to set up her own freelance writing and editing business, offering a full range of editorial solutions for publishers, businesses and charitable organisations. She has worked on magazines, books and ebooks on subjects as diverse as cultural history, celebrity retrospective, science, health, well-being and cookery and for clients ranging from global brands and educational institutions to independent book packagers and international publishers.

Ian Farrell

Technical Consultant

Ian studied for his BSc Hons in Multimedia Technology and Design at the University of Kent, specialising in web and user experience, graduating in 2004.

Ian constantly studies the latest trends, programming languages and technologies. He believes that developers need to have a strong awareness of usability, information architecture and SEO.

Specialising in responsive websites, Shopify and CMS integration, Ian is an expert in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Wordpress and Expression Engine.

Studio manager

Before working for Touchpoint Design, Neill worked in the International division of PRS for Music, in the ever changing world of music royalties. There he managed a team that was focussed on improving ways of bringing in global revenue for its 70,000 members and building great business relationships in over 50 overseas territories. 

Neill graduated with a degree in fine art from Bath Spa University and still continues to paint and exhibit his work regularly, you can see his work here. Neill’s role in the company is administrative support and marketing.

Fiona Powers – Illustrator and graphic artist

Fiona has a BA Hons in Illustration and has worked for a range of established brands such as English Heritage, The Royal Mail and Country Living Magazine. As well as producing illustrations, infographics and maps Fiona also works as a skilled typesetter and artworker on journals, magazines and brochures.

Stephen Daoud – Developer

Stephen has worked as a senior developer with agencies throughout the South West of England as well as collaborating with studios across the UK and North America. His clients have included Google, the National Health Service, No Fear and the Duchy of Cornwall and his work as won recognition from D&AD, thebestdesigns.com and Adobe Typekit. He is an expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and SQL and has extensive experience of working with CMS platforms including WordPress, Expression Engine and Craft.

Emma Collins – Creative business consultant, leadership coach and trainer

Emma works collaboratively with businesses and individuals to clarify and crystallise their purposes and to deal effectively with the inevitable transformation they face as society and commerce develops, through methodologies that build trust, confidence and measurable results. She has broad experience spanning different sectors, from start-ups to established service businesses, organisations and industry bodies.

Emma works with: Creative and cultural organisations, Executive leadership teams, Individual leaders and business owners, Charities and the voluntary sector, Education bodies.

Oliver Kingston – Digital marketing specialist

For the past 10 years Oliver has been helping UK businesses achieve unrivalled success with online marketing. He focuses on tangible, real-world results and bottomline profitability. Oliver plots a digital marketing strategy that suits the client’s target customer, business KPIs and budget. In 2013 Oliver became an accredited Google Certified Partner.

Andrea Hewer – Social communications advisor and coordinator

A no-nonsense multi-disciplinary retailer and marketer, Andrea specialises in social media content management – a unique fusion of creative content marketing and emotionally intelligent customer-facing knowhow.

Pete Francomb – UX consultant

Pete is a user-centred design specialist. His skills cover user experience design and testing, software design, interaction design, and interface design. Pete builds prototypes, designs task models and user flows, clarifying the information architecture of sites, running user testing sessions and creating web-based surveys and reporting on the results.

Vicki Cheadle – Marketing consultant

Vicki is a seasoned marketer with over 15 years experience. Her sector experience reaches from marketing children’s entertainment brands to managing the marketing strategy for a Big Four accountancy firm. Recent projects with Touchpoint Design include a rebranding exercise for a luxury travel company InsideAsia Tours, and a rebrand of the IT company Smooth IT.
