Freemans Event Partners

Objective: To design a dynamic and engaging new brochure site for Freemans Event Partners, acting as the central component of their digital marketing strategy.  Primarily targeting event owners and brand suppliers. The goal to increase company turnover by encouraging cross-selling between previously disparate divisions.

Challenge

To build brand awareness after a recent company re-structure and re-brand (carried out by our colleagues at Hart & Jones). To demonstrate that there is no other competitor in this marketplace that works with this wide scope of services and on such logistically massive projects—an ambitious one-stop-shop.

Solution

We used dynamic video to capture the energy of their events. We featured case studies of the events they support, from the Reading Festival to the Royal Regatta, and the brands they promote, from Bacardi to Britvic.

Using the colour-coded diamonds that represent each company service devision (catering, bars etc) we created a graphic device, used throughout the site to indicate which services were employed on each event – building awareness of the breadth of services available.

We built the site to be robust and scalable for future developments and provided a user-friendly content management system to allow easy site updates by staff.
