Officedrop

Having completed the new brand identity for the nationwide fruit, healthy snack and flower delivery service Officedrop we were tasked with redesigning their underperforming website with a new site that converted visitors in to subscribing customers.

Challenge

To differentiate their business offering in a crowded marketplace. Improving the ordering process and integrating the site with a new back office system.

Solution

We began by working with the client on plotting a user journey map from the customer-facing side of the site through to the back office system. We recommended that we phase the project, beginning by getting the front end marketing and framework setup whilst a back office system is developed. The next phase will be the integration of the back office system with the website content management system.

We took a bold approach, art directing and styling product shots. Filming two promotional videos to be used on the site as well as in social marketing. We wanted to build a brand that is clearly differentiated from the rustic, wholesome branding that competitors favoured choosing instead to present a clean, contemporary office environment.

We built the site so that it can be content managed using the Expression Engine system, we needed the complete flexibility that EE offers as we chose to design and develop a bespoke checkout process whereby the shopping cart is always on view during the product selection process.

The redesign has been a huge success, in just the first month after the site launched the goal conversion rate almost doubled!
